Workout
Day 20 - Pilates, spinning and yoga, oh my!
Two great workouts today:
Noon-time private at Real Pilates to get out the tension in my body that yesterday's massage couldn't quite knock out.
Then, my first go at Cycle In/Yoga Out. Amazing! 45 minutes of spin followed by 45 minutes of yoga. I'm so relaxed that it is going to be tough to rally to go out tonight!
