more pain

back to pole dancing.  i got stuck a couple times upside down so i have some serious pole burn.  was hoping to do elliptical for 15 min after but rubbing my legs like that was going to be painful.  i did do some of my crunches for the ten thousand (i don't know if im going to make that one)
