Workout
Downward Dogging.
This morning on my way back from Whole Foods I saw a gorgeous dog do the most adorable (and authentic) downward dog. It doesn't get any cuter than that.
Tried Yoga High on Clinton St. and Houston for the first time. Gorgeous studio with windows and beautiful floors. Wolud definitely go again. Any teacher who mixes Jay Z with Bob Marley, sign me up.
All proceeds went to Haiti which was awesome.
Also awesome was Amber Tamblyn downward dogging a few people over. But I'm supposed to be a cool calm and collected New Yorker who doesn't get too jazzed by star sightings. So namaste. :)

ha ha, I think it's hilarious how it feels like your obligation as a new yorker to fake cool with celebrity sightings. I was next to Claire Danes at dinner a while ago and I had to act like I didn't even notice. Which was HARD. :)
