Derek Beres Complex Series
Walking in an older man asked if the class was beginner or advanced. I said, it was Intermediate/Advanced, but not to worry, he'd be fine. Middway through I was regretting that advice. Derek did a complicated series, involving lot's of unusual hip openers, crows, transitions from upside down warrior (or whatever) to side plank to side plank with elevated leg to eagle.... It was actually a bit much talking for me, and I found it hard to get into the flow; but perhaps the payoff comes from consistency. This is the problem with being a gym yoga hack: every series comes at you for the first time.
