Workout
I am thankful for a Promising start to EHC...
Rolled out of bed on the 1st day of Emergency Holiday Challenge and did 5 salutes to the sun (Feat 1?). Promising start.
Stood all the way on the train to work (Feat 2?) and been "actively sitting" on a swiss ball for about 3 weeks now.
Stood all the way home on the train and thought I'd save the 24 flights of stairs for another day. Proceeded to workout to The Lotte Berk Method : Muscle Eats Fat and Hip Hugger Abs.
Feelng gooood! Dinner is creal with yoghurt and low fat milk.
