i may have overworked my body
between absolution and yoga wings yesterday, and mixed martial arts and pt session today, i think it had enough. for starters, by the time i got to krystal and we did the balancing exercises which haven't been problematic lately, i was all wobbly. after the session krystal asked me where i was going because she said she knows i like walking on the treadmill when i'm done but wanted me to go home today. but she didn't have to tell me. i knew i couldn't do it. todays session was intense. after doing the stepups krystal started doing some crazy thing on one of the bars and i thought she was waiting for me to take a break so we can move on, but she introduced me to the reverse pull up. seriously, where do people come up with these ideas? that was impossible, and she made me do 15 of them (twice). also she had me do pushups on the bosu instead of standard pushups today. i made the mistake of opening my mouth (again) and said that i don't have to do squat thrusts today since I already did them at MMA. She made a face as if she didn't believe me, so I told her they were with a jump at the end. She said she always wanted me to do those but thought they would scare me away but now that she knows I did them she will make me do those in the future. why??
