Workout
Wow. That sucked.
I forgot to take my ipod headphones with me to the gym today. And that after making a new high-energy playlist especially for today's workout. I felt so deflated that I almost went straight home! Treadmill + no music = ultimate boredom.
In the end I actually had a good workout because I increased my pace in order to cut my treadmill time short and get home sooner. It was really dull though.
• 30 minutes on treadmill
• 10 minutes on rowing machine
