I'm in love! - #8
I was hesitant in the beginning. I wasn't sure I was ready for this next step, uncertain that I was strong enough to hold my own. After we got started though, I could really see how beautiful this was going to become. The bond between me and my anti-gravity yoga wings is undeniable. Our relationship has been brief, but I hope it's here to stay.

Cheesy, but it was the intro I thought about when I was on the sloooowest uptown 6 train I've had to survive in ages and I just needed to bring it to fruition. Now getting to the facts - I did Valerie's Anti-Gravity Yoga Wings class yesterday at the 59th St. Crunch and I loved it! There were definitely moves that I couldn't do and it certainly isn't the traditional type of yoga that I sometimes crave, but the class itself was great. I worked my arms, my legs, my abs. I practiced my balance and (best of all!) I spent a significant amount of time hanging upside down. Oh how I love to be upside down. It was my favorite part of the summer challenge, all that headstand practice and now I can have it every Monday at 6. Wahoo! I totally hope I can make it back next week.
