Workout

final flog, 14th workout

this morning i woke up and was at the gym before daybreak. impressive, especially since my bed was so warm and cozy! i did 30 minutes on the elliptical (3 miles) in interval mode at level 4 followed b 20 minutes of upper body weights (2 sets of 10 reps)

 

breakfast: 1 bowl gluten-free cereal with rice milk and 1 banana

lunch: 5 two-inch nubs of gluten/dairy free almond biscotti, 1 apple (courtland)

snack 1: a handfull of toasted hazelnuts and goji berries

snack 2: 1 apple (gala)

dinner: 1 bowl veggie chili, 1/2 avocado, salt

 

1 liter of water!! I hope to drink 1 more liter tonight.
