Reunited and it Feels So Gooood - #3

Today Jeff and I got past our troubles, reclaimed our love, and moved forward in our relationship stronger and more committed than ever before. So maybe we hadn't worked out together in two weeks because I was a wild woman preparing for my sister's wedding and then crashed to the ground last week with fever, chills, mucus, and coughs, but I felt like the worst training client ever for all of my cancellations. Still, after one hard hour together today, we're back on track. Wednesday's at 5:30. Sunshine, I'm there.

Today we moved from the confines of the training room into the wild open space of the weight machines. Watch out! Here's more or less what we did:

-3 sets x 20 on the hip abductor machine (set 100 lbs, 120 lbs, 130 lbs) while lifting a 14 lbs medicine ball from my chest to above my head
-3 sets x 1 minute of jumping jacks (in between abductor sets)
-3 sets x 21 on the pectoral machine (I have no idea what that thing is really called). This nearly lead to death.
-3 sets x 20 side squats (?? i make these names up ??) with 14 lb. medicine ball (in between pec sets)
-3 sets lunges with dumbells across the floor and back
-3 sets x 20 bicycle crunches (in between sets of lunges)
-3 sets x 20 dead lifts
-3 sets x 20 full body crunches (in between sets of dead lifts)

And voila! I'm beat but feeling good.
