Yoga X
A friend of mine is doing is doing the P90X workouts so I joined in for Day 4's workout: Yoga X.
I didn't like it very much, but it was definitely pretty tough. The guy is super cheesy and some of his transitions between poses were a little strange. Also he doesn't emphasize the breathing very much and if you were new to yoga, you can't really do it without staring at the screen to figure out how to position your body which throws off your alignment.
There was lots of laughing involved since it was the first time my friends had really tried yoga so with some of the poses they were like wtf?

Feat #1: Workout 49 of 50: 90 min Yoga X
Feat #7: 35 Push ups! After reading about how msh and sass were able to do this after taking sandyliz’s advice and doing them quickly I thought I would try too.
