Bellydancing, Cardio & Cake
One bellydancing class, concentrating on not moving the butt to build stomach muscle. Learned a new technique for upwards rolls. One and one half hours in duration.
Twenty-three minutes on the treadmill: 5 minutes walking (at 3.5) 1 minute speed-walking/shuffling (at 4.0).
Then I ate a piece of cake because I was so hungry and there was no other food at my friend's house.
When I got home, I saw dimples in my lower back, just the beginning of dimples, but it was quite exciting.
