here we go!

started the feats of summer challenge today (or yesterday, if you count 3 hours of running around packing my apartment for a move working out, which i do, even though i'm not counting it as a workout for the challenge). used what isn't exactly an elliptical machine, but i don't know what else to call it, for 20 minutes. the longest so far i've been able to do that machine. did a few sets of various crunches and reverse crunches. so far (it's only 3pm), drank more than 1 l of water.
