I just realized, after reading someone else's similar confession, that I have only worked out three times in two weeks! And now for me to meet the 20 workout challenge I have to work out everyday from now until the end of October...uhm okay. well...here we go...
Today's SWeAT: black beans: check

Snack 10:30a: granola bar, another Japanese cookie

Dinner: vegetarian organic rice and beans from Kenyan Cafe

Breakfast 8am: 2 packets of apple cinnamon oatmeal

Lunch 11:30a, still in the mood for breafast: blueberry bagel and 2 egg whites with 1 slice of low fat american cheese
Dinner 5:30p: 2 slices of Kashi Mediterranean pizza, apple, granola bar
Snack: at work I had 2 Japanese cookies a coworker brought in
this week: FLOG n SWeAT
Bfast:
7:30a Oatmeal (the real kind that is begun the night before mmm mmm tasty) with 2 tsp of brown sugar

9:30a got hungry oddly enough:
Sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin
skinny small pumpkin spice latte
Lunch:
took fiance' some lunch but was too stressed/not hungry enough to eat my own
Snacks:
1:00-granola bar and handful of M&Ms (naughty!)

My longest day
Yesterday was my longest day of the week. Not only is it hump day, but my day begins around 7a (i know, not that early for some people) I then work (I teach undergraduate Biology) until 12:30, come home, work on homework/study and make dinner and then have class from 7p-10p. By the time I get home again, I am exhausted.

50 burpees (sets of 5)
75 crunches
I felt winded afterward, but my muscles don't ache or anything. Perhaps I'll feel it tomorrow, but I'm worried that I didn't get enough of a workout from this. It's really all I had time for though.
Perhaps I'll add more to it later...
EDIT: omg. it did hurt later...
Slip-ups and Sit-ups
Well, I didn't do so well on Monday. I ended up late-night snacking. I feel like I have to admit that. It totally slipped my mind that I was even trying not to and I fell back into old habits.
The Hardest Day...and it's only 10:30
Soooo I duno how this is going to work. My goal for the month is to cut out late night snacking. My goal for this week is to not drink anything but water. My fiance's goal for this week is to eat vegetarian, which means, so do I. Also, my goal for today is to not say anything sarcastic. (Which I've already said two sarcastic comments.)
I'm dying here.

More intervals with the puppy + upper body and core
Today I ran intervals (2 minutes off, 1 minute on) for 40 minutes with the puppy again. This time my fiance' tagged along, too. It was a beautiful October morning in northern WV. It was wonderful to spend time with my puppy and the fiance and to get in shape on such a beautiful mountain trail. <3

Here we go! The puppy and I hit the trails!
I love animals, always have, and I have recently adopted a pound puppy. My fiance and I saved her from a kill-shelter in southern WV (we live in northern WV, so we drove a few hours to get her, but thought it was worth it because that shelter kills the pups after 15 days, whereas the ones where we live keep them until they find a home).

wow. good job working out even though your super busy! I've had a lot of trouble motivating myself to go workout and get all sweaty and gross when I'm having a super busy week. So kudos to you!

wow! good job! it's soooo hard to get up to work out in the morning when the bed is so comfy. I applaud your efforts!
