Still a wee sore from running, but went to the gym anyway! No crunches today. Hope to run later tonight.

Back at the gym and ultra sore from running the other night. I know 2.5 miles doesn't sound like much to most people, but the most I've every done is 2! And I'm aiming to hit 5K with ease. I think I can do it.
I added 75 crunches to the mix today.

Back at the gym. Did my circuit + 75 crunches + pilates moves to loosen me up.

Did I say I was going to run last night? Hmmmm. Two glasses of wine got in the way.
I did do my circuit workout today (+ 50 crunches) and some pilates moves to keep it interesting.

Boy, did I fail miserably at trying to run 100 miles in 30 days ;-) I've done 12!!! I do have a good excuse, I sprained my big toe almost 2 weeks ago, so I've been on the down-low.
I did do a circuit workout this afternoon (+ 60 crunches) and I'm going to try to run later tonight. I've signed up for the Chinatown Firecracker run in Feb, so I need to push myself.

Forced myself to go to the gym, so that I don't feel totally yucky when I return from Vegas in a few days.
And, noticed on the homepage that a member has given herself a challenge of running 100 miles in 30 days. I think I'll join her.

Dear Social Workout,
As long as you continue the Million Minute Month, I will (sadly) be stuck in my usual routine (circuit workout + a handful of sit-ups.Today I did 60.) I'd love another motivating challenge up soon, so that I can fit into all the Vogue fall fashions . Oh, yeah, and feel awesome about myself!

I'm joining you on this, but from August 1-31 :-) I'll be out of town this weekend & running will not be on my mind. Thanks for posting -- it has become my August challenge.

My D.I.Y. feat was to spring clean, from top to bottom! This included the windows (outside & in) and washing the carpets. To top it off, I pimped out my bed...again!
