I unintentionally completed today's SW-e-AT challenge before I even checked what the combo was!
I had oatmeal for breakfast, then went to the gym where I worked my abs with crunches, oblique crunches, and hanging leg raises.
SW-e-AT feat: 10% complete!

1st Workout for October
It was OK.
0.5 miles on the treadmill to warm up,
then 30 minutes on various weight machines.
Good to get back into the groove of going to the gym after trying to make use of whatever was in my living room in Raleigh to create the effect of a gym. Next workout will be better, I think.
