ok i've just come across this site. I'm so motivated today need to loose some serious weight and really start to take my training to a whole new level. Time to up the ante i'm feeling so motivated and enthusiastic this morning. Anyone any suggestions to how to up the gear? I do between 6 and 7 classes at the gym i go to.
