I've just realized that I haven't been logging any of my workouts so far this month (all three of them), oh noes! I'll have to retroactively post them somehow.
Anyway, I drink some form of green tea almost every day anyway, so no big there. For my doughy-as-hell adductors, I did the Pilates-style cross-legged lift: 50 pulses on each side, times 2. Ouch.
how exactly do you pronounce "SW-e-AT"
I've been pronouncing it "swuh-ee-att."

I am so pumped for this, it's comical. I'm not one for sticking to a fitness regimen, but trying out dietary changes is something I do all the time anyway, plus this keeps everything so organized. Plus I got my boyfriend/cohabitant on board. I have no excuse NOT to complete all the tenets of this challenge.
