first challenge
To a friend's birthday party last night. He's an amazing cook and always has a terrific spread, which I can never really have always coming after dinner. Remember to skip dinner to better partake only to find that "just nibbles" in the invite isn't the usual canard but an actual feature this time -- just pitas, cheese, hummus, etc. Starved now.

first back from CA canyon run -- very nice, but back to the usual.

5 miles -- water and food off so no fartlek running -- last circuit faster though pacier version of previous circuits.
