Ouch...
My first good workout of the month!
- walk to central park (.75 miles)
- 10 min warm up jog
- 2 sets of HIITs (got the idea from someone else's post today) - for some reason I thought it would be much easier... after the first set I thought I was going to die! I'm so out of shape, but it feels good to be doing something.
- 5 min cool down jog

Quinoa & Feet
SW-e-AT day - Quinoa and feet... I tried some quinoa for the first time on my lunch break. I got it at Whole Foods and it had grapes and onions in it. It was pretty good! I didn't get home till very late so I and did some yoga-like stretching. I tried to focus on getting a good stretch through my calves and feet. Ended my night with a foot rub from the beau.

Day one
So I've been sick the last three days and now have some catching up to do:
Ran 1 mile on the treadmill (11:45) - I can't believe how out of shape I am. I haven't worked out in about 3 months (Yikes!)... I guess now is as good a time as any to get back into it.
I'm going to do some sit ups when I get home.
October is my favorite month...
This isn't going to be easy but here's the plan.
Month:
- Fastfoodless
- Veggie
- No Alchohol
- Soda Free
First Week:
- No-moo / Flog (I may continue this through the month)
Last Week:
- No Caffeine / Just Water
Day:
- Raw
- Bright Foods
The hardest challenges for me are going to be soda free and no-moo, I love my cola and cheese.
