Social Workout

Day 1

Morning All,
Well its day 1 and over here in Derbyshire, GB, its dark (6.45am) and cold, but i am determined to use this to make me push my body into exercise.
So tonight, it is the turn of Podrunner in my ears and see if i can complete the session.
