no more five-pound weights
During yesterday's abs and arms class, I used only eight-pound weights, going up to ten for bench presses and chest flies. After the class, my posture felt better. Triceps presses were the only difficult move with eight pounds, but I pulled through.

pushing up is hard to do
Last Wednesday in Aynsley's total body conditioning class, I did my first nose-to-the-floor push-up. I'm so glad I decided to go to Monday's interval training because Aynsley subbed, and I did three honest-to-god not-on-my-knees push-ups. I got through the first ten minutes of cardio without getting winded, though I had to drop down to eight-pound weights for some sets of squats.

I took total body conditioning and Punk Rope on Wednesday, below the belt on Thursday, total body plus on Friday, and yoga and interval training on Saturday. For total body conditioning, I used ten-pound weights for the first time, and my ass was sore through Saturday. (I also did my first real push-up.)

starting over
Since Thanksgiving, I've been eating like crazy, expecting to start over from scratch "soon." However, as my buddy Bitchcakes says, starting over immediately is better. Therefore, I'm starting over right this second.
