What a great habit to get into! It's a harder habit to keep than one might think!

The best part of this was that I rowed on my Concept 2 rowing ergometer at home every week. I prefer water rowing and cross-training. I needed more discipline and this challenge helped.

I talke about this in the general post. I went to the Union Squre market and even mentioned vendors. Too much to repeat, but, it was a valuable experience.

I did this the week of 1/17/10 thru 1/24/10. I really could stand to make this a habit!

You're the first of two people who've told me that. It must be true! Thanks for the tip, I certainly will!

Thanks, sandyliz! My confusion stemmed from seeing the stats on feats, going to that page, and seeing the feats from earlier challenges. I did not know whehter I was suppossed to click on that daily, or when the feat was done, and then describe it. A colleague told me taod that it's the latter. I was a bit flustered when my email inquirires get returned as well. Anyhoo, I'll post my workouts, and what ever in general.

Hello Mr. Mohawk, and Mr. Oliver, and thanks! Maybe I need to chew on it a bit. (Row the H. . .nice ring! Have to admit!) I guess I'm not being subtle about my hobby, am I? ;-)
I'll work on getting a picture up in the next couple of days. I'm a bit new at this, but, I'll get the hang of it.
