Social Workout

Hey Oliver, Hi Valerie.  How exciting Oliver taking on Valerie's program. I am curious what you are out to achieve for yourself by signing on.  Everyone comes with very different agendas.  I am always fascinated!  Do you have a specific weight loss in mind? Are you looking for structure for working out?  Have you tried other programs? Do share what is in it for you! There is so much to learn when you get to know someone, even a business so you truly know what they are all about and what they have to offer.  I am sure I could not learn enough about you from the first day I read your blog.  I look forward to learning more about you in the future.  At first I thought you were being cynical then I stopped myself from making such a judgement.  I need much more information and experience in getting to know you, so I will withhold my judgement and give you the fair shot you deserve ..we deserve in getting to know one another.  Looking forward to more blogs to come.
