My mom and I hadn't spent a lot of one on one time together lately so we decided to go on a cute mother-daughter walk to Whole Foods from her house. The weather was lovely, the conversation was great and therefore the workout was wonderful.

I was in NOLA for my sister's graduation and between all of the binge eating, I did manage to get in a 40 minute walk one morning.

Treadmill - 25 minutes
Elliptical - 13 minutes (I know, weird right?)
I just did 25 more minutes of Running and Walking!
I just did 13 more minutes of Weightlifting, Circuit Training & CrossFit!

Long workout so I wouldn't be tempted to snack
Because that's what I do when I get home from work if I don't go to the gym. So I hung out on the treadmill for about 30 minutes and then while I was doing arm weights one of my roommates emailed to see if we wanted to go for a walk. My other roommate had just gotten to the gym but since it was so nice outside we decided that a walk would be lovely.

My mom called me halfway through my workout so I had to peace and go get my mother's day on.

KickBALLERS!
We won our kickball game last night! First one we've won in two seasons, so that was very exciting. We were all very obnoxious about it and ran around cheering.
And then of course it was off to the bar for some flip cupping and flirting. Some of those kickball boys are might fine, letmetellyou.

i feel your pain. i've never been a runner but always wanted to get into it. i've gone through my spurts and i'm now trying to get back into the groove. one of my resolutions is to run a 5k and i am determined to do it. good luck with your runs!
