Ran 5 miles on treadmill

Rehearsal Workout
Walked to and from rehearsal for 4-ish miles, and in rehearsal did lots of sweaty Viewpointing, lifting other people's bodies, and 20 some-odd group Sun Salutations.

Got my fat pinched, then ran and did yoga
Part of your "Equifit" evaluation at Equinox is to have your body fat percentage calculated, by the instructor using pincers on various parts of your bod, which was 80% fascinating, 10% humiliating, 10% hilarious. Also did various exercises for Equifit instructor to determine "trunk stability," "core strength," etc.

FREEZING-COLD-ASS run after bus ride back to NYC from Boston, before going in to work! Half an hour's worth of frozen snot-sicles!
