Forgetting the rest.
I did the P90X Chest/Back workout last night at the gym, for the first time in a few weeks. I write everything down, so I know what my rep count was the last time I did the workout. I usually check the number, and make at LEAST that (usually one more) my goal for the current session.

Punk Rope Rocks!
I've been going to Tim and Shana's Punk Rope class fairly regularly for the last few months, but last night was my first class in a few weeks. Boy, could I tell! My coordination (never my strong point) had lost a few points. I lost my crosses, and only found them in the final jump. The second relay race really made me dig deep to find the energy.
