I just did 3000 more minutes of Running and Walking!
Workout
Walking/ Excersizing/ Sweat!!!!!!!!!!
I can easily say that in the past 2 weeks Ive done 150 minutes of aerobics, strentgh, abs, cardio, and kickboxing.
Also, in the past 3 weeks Ive accumulated 3000 minutes of walking and run. But dont think for a minute that im actually looking nice and thin. I have zero self control when it comes to good, and fun food, especially when its staring me right in the face.

Fraidy asked me to join the challenge so we can both get tshirts. Collectively over the last 2 days we logged 501 minutes.
Today and yesterday I did Jillian Michaels 30 day shred.
I just did 5 more minutes of Dancing, Pilates, & Aerobics!

I really wasnt much in the mood but I had to get through it and i did. Phewww!

Cheek bone appearance
Okay, im back on track.
I did my workout for 45 minutes tonight.
I have a goal besides for my many other ones: for my pretty cheek bones to finally be visible. It lifts up the face and brings out the beauty.
That comes from my awesome workout with the Jilllian M.'s dvd. I see the results straight away.
Many more positive results yet to come.

Its says to write an exciting title but I did jut plain boring WALKING
I walked for 20 minutes.
I was not able to do MY daily workout that I really wanted to do.

I knew that but sometimes itll appear with the back dated date and sometimes itll appear with the date from the actual date when i was writing it down and its wrong.

Im telling you her dvds work wonders!!!
ppl tell me it looks as though I lost 40 pounds. Although, I havent lost that many punds as in inches.
buy it youll be so happy with the results. Give 20 minutes a day and within 2 weeks youll see a difference.
