day 4 (yes, it's out of order)
Woke up early and popped in JM again. Still struggling with the core exercises, but the number of push-ups I can do in a row has increased from 3 to 6!

Frisbee for about 90 minutes - a good run, although our team only scored about 3 points to their 20 or so. It's pick-up, so mostly just for kicks...although some people tend to play rather aggressively...

pilates at the gym. who knew lying down slowly onto the floor from a sitting position could be so difficult?? I like it much more than yoga - relaxed, slow, easier on my wrist (tendonitis surgery earlier this year). an added benefit: the classes are much, much smaller.
(maybe this counteracted the apple pie with whipped cream I ate last night.)

Woke up at 5:30, couldn't go back to sleep.
Baked an apple pie for a sick friend. While it was in the oven, popped in Jillian Michaels' No More Trouble Zones for the first 4 circuits. Goal: nicer arms by October 11, when we're getting our engagement pictures taken. If I manage 3-4 times a week of yoga/JM/jogging, might it happen?
