The boyfriend's first foray in to Les Mills
So I introduced my boyfriend to the ridiculosity that is BodyPump last night. He definitely didn't like it, but the same can be said for most physical activity other than golf and sex.
I was trying to impress him with the massive amount of weight I can lift (hah), so I overdid it a bit. I'm feeling OK this morning though, so all is well that ends well.
