Feats Completed
Posting slacker
I have been so lazy about posting my workouts. I have completed 11 out of the 50 workouts and I have completed a 90 second headstand. My mile is currently at 9:26 and I think I will get to the target time. I wish I wasn't so lazy about posting my workouts.

Don't stop til you get enough
Went to pilates, which really tested my limits.
Decided that I would do the following power yoga class. Usually during the hot yoga I have to take a couple of breaks but today I powered through.

Went to hot pilates last night. Wanted to also do some cardio but I was hungry when I got home - so the cardio lost.
Had a super healthy dinner actually. Steamed broccoli and carrots, tossed together with some chicken sausage and garlic. I stuffed a sampling of that into a small pita with some avocado.
Had a big lunch today, so I'll be getting to some hard cardio tonight.

I want to track more than one workout at a time
I can feel that tracking this online is going to be a pain in my ass this time.
On Monday, I worked on arms, legs, and abs. Was feeling a little under-motivated so no cardio
I also took my time for my plank - 1:06. I thought I was going to have better time. I know I am suppose to add 50% but I would like to get to 2 minutes.
Feats Commitment
Going over the summer feats list, here is what sticks out to me.
THE MILE RUN: Women: 8:15 - I really want to get to this one, so I need to get out there and time myself. It's been so hot here that I haven't run outside in overa week. But I will get a time down.

Can a workout and a feat overlap?
I went to hot yoga yesterday. It was another great class with Bethany. This hot yoga is something I am going to miss about Atlanta once I move back to NY.
Does this count towards both workout and sample of class?
I've kept up with my workout going 20 out of 22 days this month but I've been lazy with posting it.

I feel so excited to have made the 26 days this month. Thank you to everyone for your support.
Thurs I went to hot pilates and stayed for the hot power yoga that followed. That was really intense and I loved it.
Friday I went to hot pilates
Saturday I did 40 min on the treadmill followed by some arm and leg work

Listen to your body tonight
Yesterday's workout was just what I needed to get my energy flowing again. I had been feeling a little slow after the weekend and taking some days off. It's funny how far a little sweat can take you.
Tonight I am planning to go to hot pilates followed by hot vinyasa.

Un-exciting workout
Because of the wonderfully long weekend, I am having a hard time getting back to all the great habits I've formed. I went for a 2 mile run on Sunday followed by some hard leg excercises. On Monday I went for another run, but my body was so sore, so it was a less intense attempt. I drove back from Charleston yesterday and I was so tired when I got home. I decided to take yesterday off.
