Starting my free Yoga week today!
Going to try the new Yoga place in town. Looking forward to a Hot Yoga class finally coming to my area! Trying to focus on the class and what I'll get from it and not the fact that I'm moving a meeting and sacrificing down time at home. Having high expectations but looking forward to feeling inspired later today!

Got out today for 70 minutes! Felt amazing to take that time for myself. Even if that time started at 10 pm. Feeling good after last night, and even a little sore!!

I had a 12 hour day ahead of me. Until two clients canceled! I was able to escape work and head home to get some exercise in (I live 5 mins away). Loved the break in the middle of the day. Loved even more that I was able to get in a workout!
Later that night, did another shorter walk with Elsie, 30 lunges around the living room, 50 crunches, and 3 sets of arm exercises!

Juicy Juice!
JuiceFast today! Wow, I really don't like the taste of carrot juice. That made for a hard lunch. I've always wanted to do this, but chickened out (hmm chicken). This was not easy and I was feeling the fast into the later hours of the day, but another feat accomplished!!

walked 45 minutes again today! Cold weather and late work hours left me really unmotivated, but I got out there! 30 lunches coming right up!

We did it! We walked for 45 minutes in the rain. All the gear I had to wear in this weather made for a good workout.

Yoga with Tina...
...well, others were in the room. Community Yoga on Sunday morning feels amazing. Each week, you can count on having a new, unpredictable experience. Today we had a new instructor, who focused on deeper stretches! Can't wait to feel stronger tomorrow! May go for a walk later, but have tons of work. I'll get out there soon :)
