Not the best start, I suppose, but I have an excuse I promise! Today I did the routine from a pilates video, which went about a half hour. I had to stop a bit early because my sugars crashed (I'm a Type 1 diabetic) but I got a good part in and my abs are still a bit sore from the ab workout I did on Friday.

Run, 2.5+ miles, 25 mins. Ran with my dog who was a great companion and did help me a bit to keep a pace. I got pretty tired by the end, but in all it was a good run considering it was my first in months.

I'm starting a bit late, since I spent almost all day yesterday in the car. I've got a calendar filled with weeks of "just water" and "dairyless", and I'm very excited to start crossing things off.
