Saw this workout online. Thought it looked fun and decided to give it a try.
Hearts = pushups
Diamonds = situps
Clubs = alternate chinups and pullups
Spades = squats
Jokers = dips
Just shuffle up and start turning over cards. For each numbered card, do that many reps. 10 reps for face cards or jokers and 11 for aces.
