Workout
Yoga and meditation
Did my morning yoga and after that a 10 min meditation. My first. It felt good .
Workout
Failed run
O joined me for the morning run. He talked and unknowingly ended up hurting my pride in working out. Soo I got so mad I couldn't run.
Let's not do that again.
Workout
Yoga again
Switched running for yoga this morning. Felt too dark and depressing to go out.
Cleared the floor, rolled out the mat and lighted a couple of candles. And it was great, calming and energizing at the same time.
Need to be better at the relaxing/meditation in the end, though. By the time I get to that point I get kind of restless and... to eager for breakfast I guess.
Workout
Establishing the routine
Today 20 min of morning yoga!
Quite optimistic about making my neew schedule work:
Monday, Thursday and Saturday - morning run
Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday - morning yoga
Sunday - rest
Some of the days I switch the workout form but all in all it feels good to do a little something each morning.
Workout
Run like the wind
Actually the wind was unsettlingly strong and made me cut down my run. But I made it out the door and ran one of the two intervals.
Workout
Yoga. Much needed.
I felt the old problems with my shoulder acting up again. Time to revisit the yoga. And about time!
It was though even if it was only 15 min in the morning. But it felt soo good to strech and work thru all the muscles.
Workout
Early bird
The mornings are getting darker and I tried a new route today. Running thru the city instead of the graveyard. I'm not that worried about the dead, but with all the bunnies and branches on the path I might stumble more than actually run.
I've finally completed the first six weeks of intervals building up to 30 min/5 km sessions. I rock!

Whew, made it! After the first very tough days I've actually mostly had social challanges with quitting. Never realized how much of the coffee-drinking is part of breaks and hanging out with people.

I did it! In September but I guess it still counts. The social events - parties and hanging out with friends - were the toughest.

As I seldom eat fastfood in the first place this feels like an easy win.
