25 minutes walking to and from the office from and to the bus stop--walking briskly.
25 minutes of Level 2 of 30 Day Shred--actually managed to finish the entire level. Well, mostly. There were some exercises I couldn't quite finish, but I made it through to the end...

25 minutes unpacking books. Bending, lifting, carrying...
Don't think it's a work out? Try lugging around 200 pounds of books for 25 minutes. My heart rate was up, and I was sweating.

* Fast foodless--this one may not stick. It'll depend on how this weekend goes. Have a late night football game, and I don't know if I'll be able to talk the hubby out of FF for dinner on the way there. I want to be strong but forces may conspire against me.

25 minutes brisk walking from and to the bus stop to the office. Slight incline the second half.
18 minutes of 30-Day Shred w/ Jillian Michaels: Level 2 (I'm working towards the full McGilla, but it's definitely something I'm working on. I've only done Level 2 twice, and it's a killer.)
