Workout
90 second weights
I found this article in Self magazine. The workout is simple. In different poses (squat, lunge, or anytype of toning) you slowly go into the position. You stop at different intervals and wait ten seconds. It is a killer and I hope it can get the job done. I felt very good about it.
Here is one example from the magazine:
Workout
Walking the dog
Walked the dog for 30 minutes then walked back to the house, around about 45 minutes total of fast paced walking. I really like the fresh air on this walks and it is a nice addition to the exercise routine. I find walking essential to my health...both mentally and physically.
Workout
Stationary Bike-lounge style-mountains!
25 minutes of stationary biking in the "around the world" setting on level 10. Working my way up to 20 right now! I like this exercise because it offers a lot of variance---you are always changing "levels." I also do this same thing on other machines that offer the option. I highly recommend it. Your body never gets too comfortable, especially if you keep raising your endurance.
