Workout
eating and sweating, but not blogging
I realized that I haven't been blogging. I have been sweating. I walk at least 1.5 hours every day. And I run every other day.
So the sweating, isn't the problem.
The eating healthy is, unfortunately, a problem. And I am still making up an excuse every day for why I haven't done it.
But today I put the cookies down, and had my roommate hide them.
And I logged a 25 min run.

National Equality March
This past Sunday I participated in the National Equality March in DC. It was a beautiful day to march around and read hilarious signs.
Between marching for equality, marching to lunch, than marching home for a nap, i think we logged 5 miles.

Day 2, back to running
Logged 18 minutes on the Couch to 5k running program.

Best Intentions: Running again, for the first time.
4 months ago, I ran a half-marathon. It wasn't pretty. It wasn't fast. But I did it. And it was one of the first times that I met a workout goal.
Then I fell off the wagon.
Here we are, 4 months later, and it is a struggle to run. But I am starting again, as if it were the first time.
I logged 16 minutes of running to the Couch to 5k running program.
