Workout
Climbing to beat the rain
One would think that my city is burdened with horrible weather, but more like it has turned horrible since I decided to get outside and exercise more.
Tuesday's workout;
Walk from home, and then up Mount Ainslie
120 minutes (approximately)
Goal - to try and beat this time this week.
Although I came down the hill pretty quick as I saw the rain coming across the mountains.

2 hour hike up a mountain
Poured with rain on the way up
Hailed on the way down
Blogging will make me start
The act of signing up is clearly not enough but if I blog it will make me accountable. So tomorrow is day one of no caffiene. No workout tomorrow due to a long day of driving - except the long walk around Ikea! Goal for this week is to walk to work twice this week, eat 7 servings of fruit and veges everyday, gym three times (plus the bush walk on Monday), no after dinner snacking.
