Feats Completed
The Plan
So I'm pretty excited for ESB/the month of October because I'd really like to be motivated to lose weight and work out more. Because then theoretically I'd climb better, fit into my clothes better, and feel better. All good things.
Here are the feats I've chosen:
Go Veggie (month)
No Late Night Snacking (month)--so tough, as a college student!
No Fast Food (month)
Caffeine Free (week)
Workout
1st ESB Workout
I took a pretty chill yoga class last night, but it felt good and stretchy and definitely helped me figure out what's going on in my elbow, so I consider that all positive and deserving of a workout post.
Also, I am sore from it, so that counts, right?
