ahhhh...
Oh yoga. How I love thee. Let me count the ways...
So wonderful. Even though I couldn't fall asleep till one - I woke up sore and stiff from the day before and yoga helped soooo much. Still a little on the tense side (if you can even imagine) so gonna go get a massage. Opening night is tomorrow and I have a recital to prepare for. Ah!

the dog was misbehaving - so only about 25-30 minutes...but a whole lot of running around on stage tonight.

45 minute power walk with the doggy...more to come this afternoon in the form of a bike ride. :)

I love Thursdays
and Tuesdays. They are my intense workout days.
One hour yoga and 50 minutes on the bike. It was fierce-ness and I burned 450 calories in the bike ride alone. Otherwise my day wasn't super active, but tomorrow I will be PLENTY active, so I think it is okay.

Oh the power walk. If only I was an older lady with a fanny pack walking around the mall with my girlfirends. That is true power walking.
Mine was outside on a gorgeous morning with my dog for a full 45 minutes. Good for me and here. Low key and then I ate 8000000 pounds of food today. Oh well. Till tomorrow....

Killer Workout Morning
Hello all! I had a great 35 or so minute power walk with the doggy. Then a great and very intense adn sweaty 32 minute bike ride. Whoot.

I love yoga. That is all. A killer good class today. My body felt stretched and oxygenated for about 2 hours after. Then I went to a crappy Chinese restaurant against my will....yum/yuck.

I cut a minute off of each mile today! Yay me. 8 miles in 32 minutes. That is rockin' IMHO. :) I got quite sweaty. Good fun.
