I haven't been tracking my feats on here...
I moved a few things around, but the challenges are the same.
And speaking of challenges...has anyone else found this site to be very difficult to navigate? And I get three emails of the same updates whenever anyone posts or comments on a blog.
All month:
- Only milk or water to drink
- Cook one healthy dinner per week

Muscle whats??
Today's CrossFit workout was 30 muscle ups for time. Since those are 100% impossible for me to do, we modified it to:
20 rounds of:
1 muscle up progression
2 body rows on the rings
2 dips

"Run away if you want to survive"...a 5K
I don't normally work out on the weekends, but I'm a week away from running a 5k in Long Beach and I can't remember the last time I ran for any significant distance.
Today was no exception...I was only out for about 40 minutes, but it felt great to be outside!

No exciting titles are coming out of me at 6:30 in the morning...
Not a bad work out today...after yesterday, I was relieved to see mostly weights on the work out! Marisa, you should totally find a CrossFit in Nashville. Here's one http://www.crossfitcft.com/

I love a challenge!
Actually, that isn't true...I've never been goal-oriented or competitive which means I've started a lot of things and never finished. But I love community and accountability, so I'm going for it! My feats are listed below...most of them are related to physical wellness, but a few are focused more on spiritual/mental. My biggest challenge in life right now is SLOWING DOWN...whose isn't?
