Weekly Challenges: Veggie and Unsweetened
So going veggie isn't a "real" weekly challenge on here, but I did it! With many tasty adventures.
This week, I'll try to cut refined sugars out. We'll see how it goes.

Fiance Challenge: Burpees + Tae Kwon Do
As you can tell, Amanda is trying to get me back into the swing of things with my tae kwon do regimen; I've fallen out of practice over the past several months, but now it's time to polish things back up.

Self Challenge: Yoga + Tae Kwon Do
Being a medical student sometimes puts a crimp in one's schedule and makes it difficult to fit in things like cooking and working out. I've tried very hard to make these a priority and while it worked for most of my first year, this year has brought new challenges and constraints on my time.
Therefore, today's challenge will be:
30 minutes of yoga
30 minutes of tae kwon do
Fiance Challenge: Large Salad for Lunch
Amanda's challenged me to eat a large salad for lunch today, with whatever fixin's I want. No bread, though.
