day one ended with some hip shaking!
walked home (40mins), made dinner, then popped in laundry, before heading to the gym. ran on the treadmill for 20 mins (2 miles in 20 mins - trying to get this time down before the end of Oct), did some weight machines, then head home to fold laundry.
viola! a very peaceful day one :)

A bit about me, I've have fairly healthy eating habits (came here via the kitchn) but have a hard time committing to exercising. This seems like a great chance to increase my motivation and discipline - time to put down the remote control and pick up those runners! :)
