Social Workout

I walked from Coney Island to Battery Park City in 6 hours.  I was with a great group of people and it was hard, but worth it.  Then, at the end of the walk, when I had taken the subway home, I still had to walk my dog.  He was soo good that I walked him for 30 minutes, peanuts compared to what I had already accomplished!!  And... I think I burned almost 1,000 calories (correct me please!!).
