Longest Ellipital Ever (Post Knee Surgury)
I had open knee surgery in Feb. It hurt. I was in a full leg brace and crutches for a month. Then I wasn't allowed to do anything more than walk for 3 months. Then elliptical-ing became ok. But I still am not allowed to bike or use any leg machines for A YEAR from February.
