I went to CrossFit tonight. The WOD was as many rounds as possible of 15 back extensions, 15 knees to elbows and 15 overhead squats in 20 min. I did 5 and 2/3, although not very well. I'm really bad at overhead squats.

8K and Squats
Despite the grossness, I ran the 8K in Central Park yesterday. My pace was 9:09 per mile. I threw in some squats afterwards.

Back to CrossFit
I've signed up for a month at CrossFit NYC to really give it a shot. I went Wednesday night and am still sore. The warm up (ring rows and box jumps) had me gasping. The workout, scaled down, was 10 rounds of 10 deadlifts (44#) and 10 push ups for time. I managed to stay legit on the push ups till about halfway through.

I didn't have much time yesterday, but I wanted to squeeze in a quick workout before heading to the Magic Kingdom, and then to the airport to come back home. I did a Physique 57 inspired arm sequence, followed up pushups, squats and butterfly situps with a 10 lb plate.
