First Yoga session
I had my first yoga class tonight. It was pretty tough as I ma unbelievably inflexible. Downward facing dog was utter agony for me! I am determined to go back though as I think it will improve my strength as well as my flexibility and this will help my running too. Planning a rest day tomorrow as I have a race on saturday morning.

Eat. Sweat. Blog - The beginning!
I am a new member on this site and joined because I think the October challenge will really help me kickstart a whole new way of healthy living. It coincides with my return to uni after a long summer break so new starts all round! I love running and hope to run my first 10k in 2 weeks time. After that I aim to run a half marathon in march of next year. So here are my 10 food challenges:
