marathon cleaning and halloween decorating
I busted my bum from 1-4:30. Believe me, it was a workout. Heavy lifting, reaching, squating, bending, and I am so sore.
I thought it wouldn't work
I have officially counted calories for 4 days. I have lost 4.5 pounds. I haven't even felt like I have been dieting, because I constantly have more calories available after dinner and I am not hungry.
Food Journal
I have started tracking what I eat so I will know what my calorie intake is. Livestrong.com has an app called MyDailyPlate - so they make it very simple. I started cutting back on the 29th, and so far I am down 3 lbs of water weight:)

80s tunes inspire me
Got my heartrate up for 15 minutes today while listening to 80s music. Some free weights with squats and clean jerks. Cardio.

Wish I could read and exercise. I need an exercise bike for that. My one piece of equipment is a Gazelle - I rarely use it.
