Workout
and even more yoga...
Just 20 minutes of the exercise tv style yoga today- the zen in your den video. Same woman who does Ballet strength, so that was nice.
I have such limited flexibility in my legs, though. How can I fix that?
Better than the nothing I almost did by going to sleep instead of doing a workout.
Workout
More Yoga
Today was ROUGH. I've spent about 15 hours working on a paper that probably should have taken me 8 hours total, and rather than finishing it and handing it in, i stressed out over the reference list and the parts i still hadn't finished, didn't end up making it to any of my three classes, all of which resulted in my professor telling me to breathe, step away from the computer and go to be
Workout
Trail of Terror
Sunday's workout was not a very conventional one.
Workout
Saturday
Saturday my workout consisted of some ass-kicking cleaning, involving multiple loads of laundry and a highly aerobic bending, lifting, clothes hanging, paper-sorting, floor-sweeping, closet-crawling-through extravaganza.
It's a cop-out, i know. But if you saw the state my living quarters were in....
Workout
Yoga
In the form of video-led. abs style. on my bedroom floor.
oh, and i totally forgot about my promise to do one day of unsweetened and ate walnut raisin toast. the kind with the drizzle of sugary goodness on the top of the loaf of bread. yeah, the loaf i bought at the farmers' market.
no gym today. I am far too good at wasting my time.
Workout
Actually active
I got up when it was still dark this morning (foreign for me as I typically work 2nd shift), and went to a seminar on tantrums and outbursts and how they relate to mood disorders and other types of mental illness. The topic really isn't important (although I really do think that i have ADHD, no joke). The fact that I ate really badly was. A free danish that tasted of almost no
Workout
Quick workout
20 minutes ballet strength, again. I think i'm alreadydoing better at it though, because it seemed more difficult today than it did yesterday.
plus 90 minutes queueing at stop and shop for a flu shot. does that count?
Workout
Ballet-esque
Ballet Strength workout from exercise tv's website is all I can manage time for this morning. I love it. it makes so much sense! Hopefully i'll get better at the floor leg exercises once i'm fully recovered from all of those squats and lunges the otherday (so so sore). I could easily do this every day without complaint.
Workout
Gym
30 minutes on the cybex trainer + abs related weight machines.
12 workouts in 16 days is going to be rough, especially now that it's getting colder and the gym is still 30 miles away.

How specific are we getting here? The feat lists local breads, but sources of flour from northeast-grown wheat are few and far between. I wouldn't be comfortable going to the grocery store and buying a bag of flour from wheat grown in kansas to make my own bread for this challenge, so why is it that that loaf of bread from the farmers' market (most likely made with the same flour) seems like it might almost be okay?
Are we talking about locally produced food-stuffs or about locally sourced ingredients? Is the focus on supporting a local economy and network of food growers/distributors, or is the focus on the environment?

ELLEN! YOU FOUND ME!
And I dunno if it's effective, I've only done it once. You're the ballet expert so maybe you should evaluate it and tell me if it's even worth doing.
